Become a regional partner

Why local partners

Regional competence cannot be centralized.

Revegetation and erosion control are local disciplines — short travel distances, knowledge of regional soils and vegetation, and an operational presence on the ground decide how efficiently a project runs. SRBT partners with companies that bring that local competence — across Europe.

Soils, vegetation, climate conditions and regulatory requirements differ considerably from region to region. A company that has worked in a region for years knows the local substrates, the regional target vegetation and what local clients expect — from daily practice. That is knowledge no head office can supply.

SRBT provides the formulation expertise, the simulation tools and the quality standards. The regional partner provides the local presence, the knowledge of substrates and vegetation, and the operational capacity. Together that produces a system that works technically as well as logistically.

Geographical scope

Germany, Austria and beyond.

The partner network is not limited to Germany. SRBT is looking for regional partners across Europe — from Scandinavian coastal regions through Mediterranean dry sites to high alpine terrain in the Carpathians and other European mountain regions. The requirements for expertise and operational capacity are the same everywhere — how they play out follows from the regional context.

Who we are looking for

Expertise and local presence — both count.

SRBT does not select partners by company size or equipment lists. What counts is demonstrated expertise in the relevant field and an operational presence in the region.

Local presence & regional knowledge

An active business in the region, with knowledge of local substrates, soils, plant communities and climate conditions — from daily practice, not from a textbook.

Expertise in the relevant field

Civil engineering, landscaping, environmental technology, agriculture or related fields — with a demonstrable background in soil science, vegetation technology or revegetation. Experience in the field is not a barrier; a lack of interest is.

Operational capacity

Your own machinery and operational crews for hydraulic seeding, stabilization or revegetation work — or the willingness to build them up. Not agents, not planning consultancies alone.

Active project business

Ongoing project activity in your own territory — no minimum number of projects, but a demonstrable market presence and client relationships in the region.

Willingness to be trained

Work carried out to SRBT standards and methods. Technical training is a precondition — formulation decisions, application parameters and quality documentation follow defined processes.

A long-term outlook

SRBT is not looking for project partners for one-off contracts but for regional partners for long-term collaboration. Mutual knowledge transfer and joint quality development need a stable relationship.

What regional partners get

Formulation expertise, tools and knowledge transfer.

SRBT brings to the partnership what is hard to build locally — 15 years of formulation development, simulation tools and access to the GASBE network.

SRBT formulations

Access to mixture compositions from SRBT development that can be configured per project — biopolymer classes, mineral components, fiber systems and additives for every relevant application.

Simulation tools

Access to our in-house planning tools — germination forecast, soil temperature simulation and a costing tool for recipe and unit price. Evidence-based decisions before the work starts.

Technical training

Training in Germany or on site with the partner — formulation knowledge, application parameters, quality documentation and the regulatory requirements for your field of work.

Tender support

Technical advice on tenders and bills of quantities — SRBT reviews tender items for plausibility and helps draft specification text that meets the relevant standards.

GASBE network

Access to the international professional network of the Global Alliance of Soil Bioengineering Experts — knowledge transfer, joint field trials and peers in your own field worldwide.

Territorial exclusivity

Exclusivity agreed by territory — one partner per area, clearly defined geographically and set out in the contract. No internal competition from SRBT or other regional partners within the agreed catchment.
